Everything was busy. Except for one master. I asked if it was possible to do my hair for me and the kid. In response, I received a smile and that they would accept it within five minutes.
This is a separate conversation about the master. But we have here about the organization. I can say that my kid (12 years old kid) "fell in love" with those masterpieces that our master makes.

About tea and coffee, this is not surprising. After the first visit, the son "fell in love" with his master and with this salon.
Just so that it would be clear - he was ready when I picked him up from home when I arrived at night from work. But he also had a condition. Only to the same master where we were. In the end, we went as my son asked me to. From another city. You don't drive 200km every time, just for a haircut, after your son's request. But it's worth it. Thank you (Brock) for such a warm atmosphere that not only adults, but also children are attracted to you.

On November 08, I signed up for a men's haircut at the BROCK Barbershop on Pobediteley Ave. in Minsk (the Castle shopping center). When the receptionist came to the salon, she assured me that the haircut would cost me 45 bel. rub. and said that you need to pay only after the haircut. Arthur, the Pro Barber, was standing next to me, who heard our conversation and from whom I got a haircut. After the haircut, he told the receptionist that the haircut was "elongated", i.e. only with scissors, although this was not quite true.
Then the administrator of the BROCK Barbershop told me that I was charged not 45 bel. rub., as she promised me before the haircut, but 55 bel. rub.!!!
I.e. it's not even 50 bel. rub., because Arthur is a Pro Barber, but 55 bel. rub. this is the cost of Top Barber.
So it turns out that Barbershop BROCK - brazenly deceive their customers and try to snatch more money in all ways!!!
