I visited this place twice. I signed up online for a specific time. However, I had to wait half an hour longer for the master to be released. It is very unpleasant when there are plans that have to be moved. They cut it for more than an hour (that is, more than the stated time). I am very pleased with the work of the barbers themselves, the haircuts are awesome.
A wish to the administrators: either warn about the postponement of time, as I would like to know in advance how long I will have to wait, or lay down more time for each haircut.
There were no such problems in another Brock branch.

After visiting this salon, I was disappointed. When recording and before the haircut itself, the administrator does not warn the client that an INEXPERIENCED master will work. It was clear from the work of the master that he had literally several haircuts. Extremely insecure work with the tool proves this. I believe that in such cases, the administrator should warn about this. In particular, it seems to me that the cost of services should be lower. When signing up for a BARBER in one of the best districts of Minsk, I expect to see the appropriate quality of the services provided, taking into account their cost in a particular institution. As a result, after spending an hour with the master, I realized that he was not able to cut my hair the way I wanted it. I stopped at a harmless stage and did not leave with the desired result. (P.S. Haircut is one of the simplest, which should not cause any difficulties even for beginners.)
