Then it turned out that the measurements made by the employee were not correct, the door frame was barely inserted into the doorway. After the door was hung, it turned out to be defective - the door is curved, does not fit the box (and this is with seals), and blows into the cracks formed, all sounds and smells from the entrance pass freely. On the spot, the mountain installers, who drilled, knocked, and dusted for more than 2 hours, drew up an act on the identified defects and specified a correction period of 14 days. Waiting did not lead to anything, I began to call, remind myself of myself. At first they didn't pick up the phone, then he was away, then they said they would take the door away for 2 hours to align it, and if it didn't work out, they would make a new one. In general, they were fed breakfast, but now they are silent, and the result is that for a month and a half I have a defective door for a lot of money. Think for yourself whether to deal with such a mountain organization "battleship"...

The most terrible impressions from the collaboration. We ordered the door "Verona" worth UAH 10550 on November 16, 2016, made an 80% prepayment. To date, 40 days have passed, the door has not yet been installed, they feed breakfast every day. If the obligations under the contract are not fulfilled within the specified period, we intend to apply to Consumer Protection and further to the court. I do not recommend ordering any products there.
