Not a good experience. I had a beard cut here, and maybe I was just unlucky with this barber — but I’m not going back to find out. Here is why: 1. Wrong Tool Used on the Neck (Major Issue) Instead of using a foil shaver / finishing shaver — the correct tool with a wide, smooth surface that safely glides over the neck — the barber used a narrow detail trimmer across the entire throat and neck area. This tool is meant only for small precision lines, not for full-surface shaving. The result: It took far too long It was very uncomfortable And it scratched/cut the skin on a sensitive area After the cut, no antiseptic was applied, and I did not see any disinfection of the tool beforehand. This is a basic hygiene and safety failure. 2. Communication & Attitude The barber did not speak English, which is completely fine. The real issue was the attitude: When I tried to use a translator to explain simple details, he dismissed it immediately. No listening, no willingness to understand what the customer wants. No gentleness or warmth. No attempt to make the experience relaxing or comfortable. The atmosphere felt tense, not professional. And later, when he wanted to upsell me a haircut, suddenly using the translator was perfectly acceptable. This inconsistency says everything about the level of customer care. No aftercare was provided either — no beard wash, no cleanup, no check to ensure the result was satisfactory. 3. Technical Skill — ★★★☆☆ The final look was not bad. The only technical issue was symmetry — one side slightly cleaner than the other, the cut itself deserves 3/5. Conclusion — ★★☆☆☆ Two stars. The result itself wasn’t terrible, but the wrong tool, the scratch, the lack of hygiene, the dismissive attitude, and the absence of customer gentleness made the whole experience unpleasant and unprofessional. Simply put: the wrong person in the wrong job. I’m not returning.

Довольно стильное, но специфическое на взгляд блондинки мужское пространство. Муж приводил в порядок свою бороду, обрёл приличный солидный вид - результатом доволен и мне понравилось. Зашли туда после прогулки по набережной, приняли без записи, мастер всё сделал бысто и аккуратно. Полуподвальное помещение лесница вниз, в глубине зала. Ценник приемлемый оплата любая. От метро пару шагов.
