It took us back to Soviet times, to a draught beer bar. The same atmosphere. We were standing in line. We chose beer. The first thing we heard: "What should I pour next?" At the same time, they also served other people ahead of us. We didn't even realize they were talking to us. It sounded rude and high-pitched. There was no queue. To hurry up. It's not closing time. Evening. Then there is the same rude and boorish communication, which in principle is not worth explaining. Shocked, to say the least. We chose two beers. Then they chose a dark beer. She suggested a brand of new beer. They asked him to pour 0.5. When calculating, they were asked to calculate it in different receipts. After sighing with displeasure that we had obviously strained her a lot. I asked where the dark beer was. She replied that we hadn't told her anything. The situation is simply unbelievable. I understand people get tired and stuff like that. But it's not okay to "bring down" anger at customers. I'm not coming here anymore. After such a service, I will choose my competitors.

I really liked the store! The sellers are sociable, polite, know their business!!! An incredibly large assortment of draft beer, my eyes run away when choosing, but this does not scare me, since the seller helped me choose the beer to taste. He gave me a taste of some beers, which helped me a lot in choosing 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I was hooked that the store smells nice and is very clean. And there is a place to relax on the street ⛱ There is also a large selection of beer snacks. We took croutons , cheese and fish with the guy. I liked everything very much. Thank you so much for the delicious, high-quality beer and of course for the good mood 🙂 We will definitely go to this draught store 🫶🍻😋
