The first time I came to a place that was convenient in location, and I did not expect that in the city center in such a wonderful shopping center there could be such a mediocre service. Maybe it's the master, but I didn't like the overall attitude. I came for the service of eyelash coloring and eyebrow correction and coloring. I have blonde hair, my eyebrows were partially dyed and there were light hairs left in some places - I painted at home for the last time, but since I am not a master, I decided not to experiment anymore and turn to professionals. We started with eyelashes - the master just slapped I have no other word for a bunch of paint on my eyelashes without even distributing it apparently over the lash area, because the eyelashes on the edge remained just white, but this is after examining the work. After a short time, my eyes began to sting very much, which is not surprising, since I have never been painted so casually anywhere else. The master washed it off, well, as she washed it off, she gave me 2 sponges and a little water - which is also of course not the case, since if so much paint and stinging eyes need a lot of water, I washed it off and of course saw that the result was 3 out of 10, to which I was told, they say, that you wanted, we it was washed away earlier. That's it, there was no correction, no apology, no attempt to fix the situation somehow. The situation is similar with the eyebrows, only it didn't sting - but the coloring was about the same as I painted at home, I noticed the master that the eyebrows were partially not dyed. I was told, I quote, "girl, we held for 10 minutes, we can paint again." First, learn the basics of customer orientation and learn that the client needs to be addressed by name, especially since I signed up in advance and indicated it. Secondly, the client says that he is dissatisfied with the service 2 times! Maybe it was worth doing something about it? I didn't want to continue this whole unpleasant process at all. Approaching the administrator, she also said that she was completely dissatisfied with two of the 3 services she had come for. The receptionist just handed me a terminal - babbling something about the fact that I don't know anything about what you had there... Are you an administrator or are you just sitting there, what is the terminal to stretch?, this is what a person should solve such moments if a person is very dissatisfied. But no. Unobtrusive Belarusian service.
Anything can happen at work, but if you work in the service sector, do it so that the client is satisfied.
Not professionally, not qualitatively, not pleasantly.

I go to this place all the time, yesterday I had my eyebrows done and the fluff was removed with wax, supposedly by a top master.Today I got up with burns above my lip.This is the first time in all the visits!!!moreover, the master asked if the wax was hot, and she did not react to my affirmative answer, but continued to apply hot wax.
