And it's good, despite the lack of special expressiveness of the grain itself, which was there at the time of my visit. And I drank coffee there every day for a week. All baristas cook consistently the same, by weight, as expected. The guys need a couple more coffee grinders in addition, for single doses of different grains and filters. Ristretto and lungo are also possible - they also require milk per dose... In general, thank you for a decent coffee and I wish you a successful development!
