Breakfast has no choice, but it is delicious and satisfying. If you don't eat some of the breakfast items, you won't stay hungry anyway. It is served to everyone on a large tray. The cleaning at check-in is good, there are no mold spots in the shower. Disadvantages: The room is angular, two batteries without adjustment, it's very hot in the middle of November. The peeling headboard of the eco-leather bed. It's disgusting. The toilet seat is not fixed. The towels are torn, it's indecent to serve them in hotels of any level.

This is not the first time I have stayed at the Brown Hotel in Astana. A wonderful hotel! Very cozy, clean, calm and quiet! Great hotel: quiet, peaceful, cozy, all within easy reach. Grocery stores, cafes, currency exchanges are all nearby, the staff is polite, you can choose a room with breakfast, you can choose without, a bathroom and a shower cabin in the room, as well as TV and air conditioning. A small car park near the hotel. We were satisfied, the price is excellent, in general, everything is wonderful, I boldly recommend it. Thanks a lot to the staff too. 🤝👍
