We changed money at this exchange office more than once, everything was fine, but the incomprehensible began! Cashiers periodically do not want to change the currency, referring to an incomprehensible scuff, then they were washed, etc., while they themselves gave change in these bills, and then did not want to change them. And it was like that 4 times for sure. I had to swear and go to another bank to change, where they did it without any problems. In a word, it's TERRIBLE!

The exchanger is terrible, it did not accept the money due to minor contamination, and the bill is never torn, all the numbers are perfectly visible. I don't recommend it
