I have been visiting this bank branch every month for more than a year. I get super service every time I visit. At the entrance, the administrator always greets and greets with a smile, when leaving the bank - the same way. I am pleased with the high level of service and customer orientation!

This is, I emphasize, the most disgusting branch of the BSB. The place is quite crowded, there are a lot of tourists. At the same time, 1-2 cash desks work on a one-time basis, very slowly. And at the same time there are 2 people sitting at the reception (why?). Several times they issued banknotes (currency), which were then not accepted back, citing stains or some other defect.

It is impossible to buy currency at the "best exchange rates". There is simply no currency. Although they will say on the phone that everything is there, of course, come. In 6 minutes while driving from one BSB bank branch to another, the currency ran out.

I do not advise the bank to Russian citizens who wish to issue bank cards at this bank. There may be serious problems with the law out of the blue, the data is transferred to Russia and you have to prove that you have not already settled in the Russian Department of Internal Affairs. Also, a 15% commission on ATM cash withdrawals from any cards, 2% commission on any incoming payment except ERIP, horse prices for annual card maintenance, including virtual ones, makes BSB absolutely inadequate in current conditions.
