Cashiers often do not give money when exchanging currencies. I'm sure they do it on purpose. Since when I say there is not enough, they immediately give without counting and smile. They don 't even try to check if I cheated or made a mistake . The second disadvantage is the operating mode from 9.20 (if I'm not mistaken), but very often at 9.30 it is still closed and hangs "the opening is delayed due to the delay in collection". But the big plus in this bank is that it is one of the few, maybe even the only bank in the Republic of Belarus that allows you to withdraw money from foreign cards using a passport at only 2.5% commission in white rubles without a limit. And most banks have a limit of 500 rubles a day, it seems.
