I had an emergency operation at the BSMP. Free and professional.
Yes, this place is not a five-star hotel, but first aid is provided here clearly according to the algorithm. The staff is burnt out in places, but the specifics of their work are also very peculiar, a huge flow of people, sometimes inadequate.
The food is delicious, the diet. Even vegetarians can eat and overeat.

I used paid services several times .
The first time I did an ultrasound of the heart . The contract was quickly drawn up, I waited in line for 15 minutes. Prices are low when compared across the city . The doctor is wonderful, answered all questions, gave recommendations.
For the second time , I spent almost an hour on the execution of the contract . I don 't know what happened to them , but there were so many people that many were standing . I barely found an office (in another building in the block where the patients are lying , so it was not easy to get there because the grandmothers on the pass did not seem to know that you could go there and do an ultrasound for a fee ), the doctor who conducted the examination behaved as if we were acquaintances . Chatted with the nurse all the time. When asked, she said everything is fine with you, that's it!

I went to the BSMP , to the trauma center with burns (1-2 art.).Blisters appeared on both legs, and I barely hobbled to the hospital.The queue is moving fast, I haven't seen such efficiency for a long time.My appeal was not ignored.A doctor from the Kotlyarov burn center was called.V.V. With the help of nurse Ugryumov.V.O. they opened all the blisters on the burns of both legs, removed the remaining skin and, after bandaging, prescribed outpatient treatment.I refused to be hospitalized, I will take pills prescribed by the combustologist Kotlyarova V.V. For an orthopedist to an orthopedist, markers are different. The doctor helped my mother, I haven't been very lucky yet. But I had physiotherapy here, the doctors and the department head are good, the medical staff in the physiotherapy rooms are very polite and attentive. In any department, everything depends on the head, this is already a reliable fact: cleanliness, attentiveness of the staff from the cleaner to the doctor, etc. in paid services at the checkout, it's a pity for women: in a small office they sit shoulder to shoulder. It's hot in summer. And well, it is clear that you are not able to keep your medical secret, because a potential client is sitting next to you and also tells his trouble. If intimate, then bid)))
