Doctors could not give any predictions, they were fed with promises, no one showed the epicrisis of the disease to anyone. Moreover, when a person had a clinical death, the doctors reported only on the next day, and not on the day when it happened!!!On the last day, the husband went to visit his brother, but he was no longer allowed to approach him, the doctor on duty answered her husband's question, what are the forecasts and what next, what tomorrow??? - TOMORROW MAY NOT BE, no more information has been received!!! That evening, at 23:09, they called and said that my brother was gone. He was only 38 years old.

2nd CARDIOLOGY-the 12th floor of this hospital is a TORTURE ward. My (elderly) sister got there in June 2024. A day later, her arms were shoulder-deep in bruises from the "skillful" hands of the nurses. The nurse who was called did not answer the questions asked, but the doctor who was called said that this happens. I bought ointments for hematomas and went to smear myself. And they added these hematomas. Why not put a catheter for ivs, and not mock a person if there are no specialists. Once, a guy of oriental appearance came to give out medicines with me, but he couldn't read the names in Russian, so he had to help. What else was going on here that I didn't see - I'm afraid to even imagine. When my sister had back pain from sitting in one position for a long time (due to difficulty breathing), no one came up to her for half a day of moaning and screaming. When I arrived, she was shaking with pain, and only at my request was she anesthetized. The patients on the ward said it was useless to scream, there were either no nurses on duty or they did not want to approach. In general, I went there every day as for work, so that the urine collector was changed, so that the bed was changed, since nurses do not come there every day, and the medical staff does not care about anyone. The treatment did not help, the doctor refused to transfer him to the intensive care unit. She also said that there could be no question of discharge. The result is that I brought a person with a problem there, but walking, and a month later I took the body. Nobody explained exactly what happened.

Admission department: I cannot disagree with the fact that they pay more attention and priority to alcoholics and homeless people here, they offer them hospitalization. For people who do not belong to such segments of the population, the attention is terrible!!! Urology: a separate type of hell. Cockroaches in the wards, nurses and nurses respond viciously and defiantly to calls to clarify the patient's condition!!! It is difficult to judge by the treatment... It definitely didn't get any better. There was a controversial moment when the diagnosis was made... well, God is their judge. Blood was taken from the vein so that air got into the lungs. I started with the emergency room, which I entered by ambulance on January 26, 2024. I would put 0 stars if it were possible. My husband is vomiting, and 2 hours after eating undigested food. Constipation. An ambulance was called. I passed tests in the hospital, had an ultrasound and X-ray. He was examined by a surgeon and a therapist. They said there was nothing in their line. They sent me home.
We signed up for a PROBE (registration in paid clinics for several weeks in advance. And even in LODE)
After another 2 weeks, an ambulance was called because the condition worsened. Endless vomiting, which became more frequent. The doctor in the ambulance said that they would not help him in any way and would simply send him back home. And so it happened. Again, not their profile. During this time, my husband lost about 10 kg.
Today it's finally the turn of the PROBE. It turned out that he had a duodenal ulcer.
So I understand that there are no doctors in the emergency hospital except for the surgeon and the therapist? How many cases do people die with ulcers? And here... We have been contacted 2 times ... No help was given from the word at all.
I asked the doctor why you don't let me swallow the probe urgently? They replied, the PROBE is only planned. Fuck how things have changed. People used to be treated, but now they follow the instructions.

And there are enough places to sit down if you need to wait in line.

Конечно при таком «наплыве» людей нуждающихся в помощи, приходится и подождать иногда, не без этого, но без помощи вас не оставят! Ещё раз -Спасибо ! We need to think about parking for cars. Traffic management near the hospital is poor. Cars can't miss each other in the morning because of cars parked along the road. Pedestrians rushing to the RNPC of traumatology, running out onto the road near the BSMP, especially at dusk, themselves risk injury from a car. There is no pedestrian crossing organized. In short, the local authorities and the traffic police should take the time and think about how to improve this section of pedestrian and car traffic.

Специалисты и персонал (начиная с приемного отделения) добросовестно делают свою каждодневную рутинную работу с разнородной массой людей, которым в большинстве что-то не нравиться, то долгий прием в больницу (а то можно подумать каждый знает сколько по времени проводятся те или иные анализы), то строгий пропускной режим (хотя кто-то просто добросовестно выполняют свои обязанности), то ещё что-нибудь, забывая что главную задачу по оказанию экстренной медицинской помощи учреждение выполняет в полном объеме. Спасибо за профессионализм и отношение к клиентам всем специалистам 3-го хирургического отделения (гипотология).
Хочу указать на пару проблем с которыми может столкнуться посетитель данного учреждения:
1. Отсутствие туалета для посетителей (это просто беда) ;
2. Если ты приедешь на машине на небольшую стоянку, то выехать с нее не нарушив ПДД у тебя не получится ( либо я не так уж досконально знаю ПДД).
3. Да и сама стоянка построенная наверное лет так 50 назад не отвечает современным требованиям (хотя место позволяет). Наверное это вопрос к местным властям, а не к данному учреждению.

The ambulance crew brought me to an office where an indifferent woman was sitting, chatting with a colleague. The medical staff of them is someone or a cleaner is unclear. After about 10 minutes, one of them started asking questions (filling out a map) and just suddenly into the air. Only after 20 minutes the doctor appeared, there are no questions, he quickly and efficiently made a dressing. But as usual, he scared me with unnecessarily different scary scenarios, which could not be, since he saw the degree of defeat.

It is important to note that I and another girl are foreigners, from which it could be concluded that they did not want to treat us, but simply wanted to "pull out" money. A certain doctor named Dmitry Yurievich assured that first aid is supposedly free in every country. It is very interesting, but for two days of stay in the hospital we paid 700 rubles each. Moreover, all they did to me during these two days was put one drip. Moreover, the poisoning was of moderate severity, and after looking at the tests myself, I was surprised why no one touched me with such a clinical picture. When I saw the calculator before paying for treatment, I was outraged. They attributed a lot of medications that they didn't give me. Disgusting service. Doctors don't know what medical ethics is. No respect for patients. I met there with the unprofessional attitude of the Helmsman Maria Nikolaevna. A doctor who swears in front of patients, interrupts, ridicules you. It was very unpleasant to get such a terrible experience.

The worst place for emergency trauma patients.
There is no ice, they do not want to anesthetize, the man several times with wild pain due to dislocation of the shoulder joint approached with a request for an examination (AT LEAST!), he was not sent almost 3 letters.
Only after absolutely strangers did not go to insist on this, only after that he was sent to Rtg, where the queue is even longer and no one sorts patients for emergency and those who can wait
Until he started to lose consciousness from the pain shock!
Do they teach this at our bio.med.ethics, PMP and other disciplines?!
As if they come here from a great desire and for fun...

Дочь поступила 25 июня после аварии в отделение сочетанной хирургии с переломом таза. В Приемном отделении перевозкой, сбором анализов занималась я, как её мама. Ни санитары ни медсестры к нам не подходили. В приемном покое на первом этаже когда делали ренген очень грубо относились к ней тягали за ноги, повышали голос, делали больно.В приемном покое у нас было два врача, которые говорили что лежать ей надо будет три дня. В самом же отделении сочетанной травмы, сказали две недели не меньше. В последующем постоянно приходилось выяснять отношения с заведующим отделением Ладутько И.Н. Он очень неприятный человек который выгонял меня несколько раз из отделения, запрещал приходить с младшим ребёнком. Однажды не пустили на охране когда забыла пропуск на вход. Вошла со скандалом. В самом отделении травмы были неприятные санитарки которые кричат на больных а также неприятный мед. персонал. Слава богу, что не все смены оказались плохие.
