Попытался 13.11.23 обратиться за помощью по продукции termex. Однако столкнулся с возмутительным отношением. Впечатление, что собственник не в курсе, что такое клиентский сервис. Сидит там некий Валера, которому приходится работу работать. Заранее за вас все знает. Не прочь назвать клиента глупым человеком. Казалось бы в условиях конкуренции борьба за клиента и уровень обслуживания быть должна, но зачем. Итак сойдет.
