There are only one problems with working with this organization. We collaborated before, everything seemed to be smooth, but on the last order, it was terrible. The order was accepted by the administrator or one of the employees (a girl) outlined the problem, threw off a photo, everything seemed to be OK, she said we will issue an invoice for departure, pay - we will arrive, okay. Twenty-four hours have passed and no one has called back or replied to the message. I call back, they say, "there is a redirect on that phone, reset it to another one," ok, reset it. Then they call back, the problem seems to be in (the controller), the engineer visually identified it from my words, pay for it, too, because there is a spare part, I ask, and if it's not him, they answer "we'll refund the money back." Well, then I got carried away. In fact, the order was canceled, nerves and time were ruined. I would really like to see normal and decent people working in such organizations. I don't get married anymore and I don't recommend it to others, in my personal opinion.
