We sent the order on Monday from Nukus to Tashkent, they said that I would receive the parcel on Wednesday. In fact, the post office was not working on Wednesday. And the BTS staff in Nukus did not report this, they said to wait 2 days. I've been waiting for 3 days!! On Thursday, I came to the post office to pick up the parcel, and then I saw my parcel was not there, I sat waiting for an hour and a half. Call center operators are working inefficiently!! There was some girl in the call center who talked to me, I really want to complain about her, I don't know her name. I did not tell her that I would pick up the parcel from Kushbegi. Why did she think up for herself that I would take it from there?! In Nukus, BTS employees do not know on what days BTS branches in Tashkent work and on what days they do not work.

The international transportation service is disgusting. They talk in vain, they don't give a damn about their work. I had to wait for an answer to one question for several hours or days, and then they answered only after you reminded them of yourself. I indicated all the dimensions and weight, sent a photo of what the package looks like, and eventually announced the price. I came to the office to arrange transportation and they say a whole million more to pay for it. There is no culture of communication with customers.
