I use this post office all the time, usually the staff is polite, there are no complaints. But yesterday there was an unpleasant situation: I came in during lunch, saw that the operator had already returned, and politely asked for an urgent package — a medical technician for the operation. I didn't distract anyone from their rest, I explained that the case was urgent. In response, rudeness, an irritated tone, harsh phrases like "don't you see how long lunch is?", and even a threat that next time they won't serve at all. It's a shame that in a situation where humanity and a little understanding are important, I'm faced with aggression and a complete lack of tact.
