Staff is very helpful, atmosphere is nice and comfy, meal was very good, interior is professionally designed, beverages choice and quality are fine (my red wine favourite primitivo Di manduria).

I was choosing a place for my celebration. A friend suggested that we go to Bulbashi and assess the situation. To begin with, my husband and I came to try the kitchen.We tried draniki with beef, with trout and 2 salads- meat, with croquettes. We ate so much that we couldn't get up))) Very tasty and satisfying!I realized that my holiday should be in Bulbashi! And she didn't lose. Decent interior, calm atmosphere, excellent service, excellent dishes! The guests were absolutely delighted!Any salad, appetizers and hot dishes are indescribable.The only thing that was not particularly convenient for alcohol was to pour a new glass, I had to constantly pull the administrator) If there was one lot on the menu at once, for example, from different tinctures, it would be easier for the visitors and the waiter!))) As it was, everything was at a high level! Thank you so much! Prosperity to the restaurant and pleasant visitors!

There is something high about Belarusian cuisine... A cozy and delicious place in the center of Minsk with a catchy interior. Just as a theater begins with a hanger, so "Bulbashi" begins with welcoming guests and a wardrobe. Next, you go down the stairs to the chamber room, where the walls are decorated in dark colors, and warm, subdued lighting is created by accent and non-trivial light sources... This is how I would start my review if I were some kind of gastronomic connoisseur or journalist. The place is really worth paying attention to, especially recommended for foreign guests of the capital. In my opinion, the waiters here are the most decent (I haven't seen such a service for a long time: they will tell you everything about the ingredients and cooking methods, they don't write them down in notebooks, and they are sooo friendly). There is a certain general tone of the chef in each dish (probably, this is conveyed in cheese sauces and serving dishes). Everything is delicious! Both individually, each ingredient of the salad, and all together. I was amused by the fact that in the menu, in many of the names of the dishes, there is a reference to the area where that duck or pike comes from) On weekends or Friday evenings, you can get in only by pre-booking a table. Prices don't bite, but they are rising (they were in October 2025 and January 2026 - we noticed the difference).
