Staff is very helpful, atmosphere is nice and comfy, meal was very good, interior is professionally designed, beverages choice and quality are fine (my red wine favourite primitivo Di manduria).

I was choosing a place for my celebration. A friend suggested that we go to Bulbashi and assess the situation. To begin with, my husband and I came to try the kitchen.We tried draniki with beef, with trout and 2 salads- meat, with croquettes. We ate so much that we couldn't get up))) Very tasty and satisfying!I realized that my holiday should be in Bulbashi! And she didn't lose. Decent interior, calm atmosphere, excellent service, excellent dishes! The guests were absolutely delighted!Any salad, appetizers and hot dishes are indescribable.The only thing that was not particularly convenient for alcohol was to pour a new glass, I had to constantly pull the administrator) If there was one lot on the menu at once, for example, from different tinctures, it would be easier for the visitors and the waiter!))) As it was, everything was at a high level! Thank you so much! Prosperity to the restaurant and pleasant visitors!

Bulbashi positions itself as a restaurant of Belarusian cuisine, which is very clearly seen in the names of dishes on the menu with references to the region or city or lakes of Belarus (Braslav pike, Vitebsk brisket, Glubokoe condensed milk, etc.), undoubtedly, chef Artem Raketsky showed and assimilated knowledge of Belarusian cuisine with modern techniques of processing raw materials and author's innovation. I liked the presentation of the dish by the waiter, in addition to the name, the recommendations for use were announced, explanations were given about what lust is, how draniki are prepared, from which bakery sourdough bread is bought. Customer orientation is at a high level, on request they brought mousse, which is not on the menu (in the program). Short food review: Lust with Braslav eel - I didn't like the burnt bread with a burner, the eel is really from the Braslav lakes, delicious. Ox tail jelly is a little bland (salt is on the table)), there is enough meat, the proportion of lanspeak and meat is observed, served with mustard mousse and cream cheese mousse, Borodino bread and Kim chi cucumbers, the latter are the influence of Asia on the chef, I think it is not appropriate in this dish, a barrel cucumber would be 100% hit rate, but otherwise the dish is quite strong and tasty. Braslav pike cutlets are my top of the evening, there were no bones in the cutlets, the cutlets were very juicy, fresh, and a very interesting side dish of mashed potatoes with smoked Vitebsk trout and French mustard was a burst of flavor. Stewed brisket with mushroom sauce and draniki is a very satisfying dish, the brisket is tender, the mushroom sauce is delicious, the potato chips are grated into thin strips, delicious. For dessert, they took a scoop of ice cream (with halva and condensed milk), the ice cream was delicious, serving the balloon in a large plate - I did not understand. Americano coffee is delicious. I definitely recommend visiting Bulbasha, see you soon! Thank you for the gastronomic pleasure.
