We found out about Bulbashi by chance, I read it in some review on Minsk. I really liked the place, I was delighted To begin with, it's better to book a table, as there may not be enough seats. Let's move on to the kitchen. We ordered borscht, beef pancakes, duck hearts with root vegetables and mashed potatoes, chocolate dessert, beer. I really liked all the dishes, the borscht is wonderful, the portion of draniki is large (lots of meat and champignons, beef melts in my mouth), I really liked the dessert: chocolate sponge cake with condensed milk and fresh berries and some delicious citrus mousse. The beer is of course so-so... but what can you do, just local beer. The price tag is above average, but it's worth it 💯 Toilet interior design as a separate art form)

I was choosing a place for my celebration. A friend suggested that we go to Bulbashi and assess the situation. To begin with, my husband and I came to try the kitchen.We tried draniki with beef, with trout and 2 salads- meat, with croquettes. We ate so much that we couldn't get up))) Very tasty and satisfying!I realized that my holiday should be in Bulbashi! And she didn't lose. Decent interior, calm atmosphere, excellent service, excellent dishes! The guests were absolutely delighted!Any salad, appetizers and hot dishes are indescribable.The only thing that was not particularly convenient for alcohol was to pour a new glass, I had to constantly pull the administrator) If there was one lot on the menu at once, for example, from different tinctures, it would be easier for the visitors and the waiter!))) As it was, everything was at a high level! Thank you so much! Prosperity to the restaurant and pleasant visitors!

If you want to get acquainted with the national cuisine, then it should definitely be "Bulbashi", we decided and immediately booked a table)) And for good reason - the landing was complete. Cozy, stylish, comfortable chairs. The waiters are young, fast, friendly and unobtrusive guys. The menu was consulted quite professionally, and most importantly, the dishes were brought slowly, giving the opportunity to enjoy the food)) The draniki are delicious, the pate is the most delicate, and the salad with pears is interesting. Of course, we overreacted and ordered more than we needed)), we didn't know that the portions were so generous. I didn't take off the star for the dishes. They took the plates off the table and managed to get my jeans dirty. It's unpleasant(( Work with interns, please!
