Good afternoon, I often order bubble tea at this place, but this is the first time I've encountered this. I ordered a drink with tapioca and got a piece of rubber. Tapioca is tasteless and does not pass through the tube. There were high expectations, but alas, I was disappointed.

However, an employee of the institution reported that "the hot water was out," "the tapioca was out," and, most outrageously, that, in her words, she was told "not to do anything else, because the closure is coming soon." The essence of the claim: 1. The institution is obliged to ensure the possibility of ordering the entire range up to the moment of closing. Refusal to serve 40 minutes before this deadline is unacceptable. 2. Statements about the sudden end of ALL key ingredients (hot water and tapioca) exactly 40 minutes before closing time look like deliberate deception of the customer in order to stop work ahead of time. 3. The employee's direct instruction that "nothing more should be done" because of the "imminent closure" demonstrates dishonesty and disregard for customers. I demand to understand the situation, take measures against employees and ensure compliance with the working hours and rules of customer service.

Very tasty bubble tea! Tapioca is perfect in my opinion, not boiled, slightly springy. They don't add a whole jar of sugar at once, it's wonderful! Delicious matcha and overall the tea is not chymotic, but very balanced and delicious. + served by a very nice girl 🩵✨

I was passing by and decided to try it. This is the best bubble I've ever tried! I really liked passion fruit and peach. It's great that they add straight pieces of berries / fruits, not just imitations through syrups. I will definitely come back, thank you!
