We had breakfast today at the Bublik cafe (07/24/2025) Due to the workload, I had to sit inside the building. Unfortunately: - the tables outside and the room inside are like 2 different cafes, there is no single theme, there is no single impression in the room, as if they started to make and abandoned; - ventilation is not working well, - the room is stuffy in hot weather. The order arrived quickly, the service was quite acceptable, and the attitude was polite, which is good news. We ordered 2 rustic bagels: The bagels are basically delicious, but! The bagels were a little harsh (it felt like they weren't just cooked, not even yesterday), there was no sauce at all, it was sooooo dry to eat, which didn't even help with tea - everything was hard to swallow! (They used to take the same ones, so they ate with gloves and juice and sauce dripped, but today it was nice to just eat with your hands and your hands are absolutely clean!).

I liked. There are many vegan positions without meat, fish and dairy. Large portions and pleasant staff, the atmosphere inside the establishment. I will definitely come here with my husband.

Draniki with fish top. Espresso is very strange, as if they salt it (definitely not the Arabic sourness). In general , with such a quality of cooking , I would like to see more choices on the menu to overeat even more 😁 waiters tower 👍
