MAGIC 10,000 SOUMS. The service became DISGUSTING on the 2nd order.(Screenshots are attached) I'm ordering for the 1st time, and you can't pay in the app without specifying the exact address. Although in all such services in Moscow, you can specify the recipient's number and the couriers contact and specify where to deliver, because there may not be a person at the address. Everything is logical. Okay, there's no such thing. I specify the approximate address so that it is possible to pay and fill in the special "Courier comment" field - "The address is not accurate, before delivery you need to contact the recipient and specify the delivery address." I pay for the order, call the call center, and explain everything to the girl. The order is completed, everything is great. For the 2nd time today, 06/13/2025 (FRIDAY the 13th), I place an order, an error occurs during payment. A young man calls, says restart the app and everything will be ok. At the same time, I tell him the same thing as last time, that you can't pay without specifying an address. I explain that I did not specify the exact address, I wrote everything in the comments. I ask you to bring the information to the courier, he says he will pass everything on. I think everything is fine, BUT Half an hour later, a call from the courier, unfortunately, does not speak Russian, we do not understand each other, and I have crazy roaming, I say stay where you are, I will call your office. I call the call center, explain everything to the girl that I indicated everything in the comment, the courier does not understand anything, please contact, she says: "Do not worry, we will resolve the issue." I think everything is fine, but A young man calls, starts a dialogue, which implies that due to your fault, the address is not accurate, there is a problem with delivery. I explain everything, that I talked to two people and wrote everything in the comments. The person understands, says, "Yes, it's really not your fault, we'll resolve the issue." I think everything is fine, BUT... After a while, a young man calls, introduces himself as the head/director of the Bobur service and begins a dialogue implying that you need to pay 10,000 soums to the Client due to the fact that the courier traveled a longer distance due to an inaccurate address. For the 3rd time, I explain step by step what I did, who I talked to, and what the staff said. We'll solve everything. I understand from the conversation that a person thinks that the address is not accurate, so you have to pay and actually does not take into account all the circumstances. I tell him, "Why is the Comment field for the courier?", he apparently decided to cheat and says, there is a field not for the courier, but for the Operator. Thank God that now telegram and screenshots can be done immediately.😊😊😊 I make a screenshot and send it to him. The man is at a loss, but he still goes to his goal so that I transfer 10,000 soums to the courier. He says, "We don't manage couriers, if you filled it out, then you manage it." Then everything becomes clear with the director) I say: "Maybe I will leave a claim and you, as the director, will take the additional cost on yourself because the service is yours and transfer 10,000 soums to the courier.": "Let's transfer it to the courier, leave a claim, and then I'll transfer it to you from mine." The funny thing is, I say, and I'll consider the claim. Bureaucracy in management, what to expect from employees. After the shock, I quickly come to my senses, I say, "I understand everything, give me the card number, I will send the MAGIC 10,000 soums and I will DEFINITELY not use your service anymore." Until I sent the card number, maybe I realized that it was unworthy. I started using the service on the recommendation of a friend, I'll send him a link to my review, I'll tell him not to use it anymore.
