Words cannot describe how much I love baking in this bakery! Taste, quality and everything-everything-everything is brought to perfection and done with such scrupulousness that you will not find a single flaw, in any case, everything we tried was at the highest level (and we tried almost everything).
However, the only thing that slightly overshadows the impression is coffee. It is quite mediocre every time and does not match the high level of baking (and with a terrible margin)

Insanely delicious desserts! A croissant with lemon is forever in my heart. The sellers are very polite and friendly. The daughter accidentally spilled coffee on a chair and even almost burst into tears because the sellers would need to clean it. If I return to Brest, this will be the first stop on my route.

This is a cool pastry shop and bakery, it's delicious so that your mouth is watering, remembering the showcases. I live in Moscow most of the time, and I have something to compare service and customer orientation with. There was an unpleasant incident (more my fault), an hour after buying two, by the way, very decent, glasses of coffee, I came to my senses that, in my opinion, I did not take the change. The amount is uncritical, but still unpleasant. I turned to support with a request to view the cameras, literally an hour later the issue was already resolved, although I didn't really hope for anything.
They called, asked me to come over, it turned out that I had been given a bill, but I did not take it, which was used by the guest standing next to me in the queue :) As they say, I'm a fool myself, and in principle I had nothing to be particularly offended about, but the cashier not only returned the entire amount to me, but also apologized, accompanying them with gorgeous pastries.
I am still in a pleasant shock from customer orientation.
As for baking and prices, the bakery-confectionery is more than a worthy competitor to one already popular chain in the city.
