Professionalism and quality with elements of magic is my assessment of Vadim Martynenko's Color Studio. A huge range of finishing materials of excellent quality, which can not be found anywhere else in Gomel. All this is laid out in samples, you immediately understand what effect and result awaits you. And how many different things that make it easier not only to repair, but also to help in creativity, I immediately want to buy everything! But the most important thing is that Vadim is the owner of all this splendor. The fact is that I am not a professional builder, but faced with a severe male construction problem, I turned to Vadim for advice and help. He spent almost an hour and a half on me!!! During this time, I received four cans of paint, tinted in the right colors, a free master class on painting on a sample and a description of the complete technological process of the work that I will have to do. And I was also treated to a very delicious coffee!

Today we visited Vadim Martynenko's studio, chose a fugue in the bathroom and not only. Pleasant atmosphere, consultant Ilya completely picked up the fugue for us, told us everything clearly, showed and counted (and we have a difficult bathroom design there), answered questions about the case and honestly! We really liked it! My three-year-old daughter also snatched gifts from Vadim) then at home she said that this was the best store, because they give gifts 😂
I have been watching this studio on social networks for a long time, finally visited and absolutely not disappointed! Thanks!

If you want a spoiled mood, go to Vadim Martynenko, only he is a genius of paints and plasters (as he believes himself). After watching enough Instagram ads about the miracle studio, I applied for materials to cover the imitation of a bar, chose Tikkurila, paid, and was given Uniwood. Moreover, Martynenko did not warn that it would not be Tikkurila. When I noticed that another manufacturer had asked for clarification, he began to praise himself, press with experience and say that this was what I needed, that he took Uniwood azure and added Tikkurila color there. But why doesn't he warn the buyer about this in advance? He refused to give the money back. If I had known that there would be another manufacturer, I would not have taken the material.

We came to ask questions, order paints, discuss the purchased paint and it is possible to place an order, since we are moving to Gomel and ordering finishing in our new apartment, at the moment we only have concrete walls. They wanted to ask a lot of questions, but the young man showed a lack of desire to have a dialogue from the doorway, they had to follow him to get answers, communication was unpleasant, they probably left the store in a minute. We are very disappointed, as we were subscribed on Instagram and hoped for politeness and the ability to provide advice. In general, I do not recommend it to anyone

Maybe the choice is good, but the service is disgusting. We came with my husband to pick up decorative plaster, as if they had come home to them and were interfering, and even asking questions. The consultant listened to us for a couple of minutes, brought some samples that were completely unsuitable for us and left. We stood in misunderstanding from this approach and went to another store, not so pompous, where everything was explained and picked up. I'm definitely not going to this studio anymore

I was very upset by the experience of buying paint in the store. Disgusting attitude towards the client and boorish communication style. After buying the paint, my mother came to clarify whether it was possible to make it a little brighter, she was ready to pay extra for the service. But immediately from the first question, the director almost threw her out of the store, started shouting and insulting, saying how did you not like the shade that I mixed for you, such a brilliant and great Vadim Martynenko! This is very unprofessional, disrespectful, duplicitous and arrogant. How to sell, so we are the most polite and wonderful, but as soon as there is a problem, get out of the store and don't talk to anyone with her. Shame. It's a shame that Mom had to find herself in such a situation. Are we really not your customers anymore after buying the paint?
We came by recommendation, for expensive high-quality paint, there are no questions about it, we would come again, but with such service and attitude to people, we never recommend it to anyone! Neither buy from such directors nor ignore such an attitude towards yourself as a client.
