За последние лет 5 памятник несколько раз перекрашивали, починили осыпавшуюся стенку. За ним следят, ухаживают, приносят цветы. Сама там часто убираю ветки. Место популярно у дачников для прогулок, некоторые даже знают легенды, связанные с отрядами будёновцев
