The place is clean for an overnight stay, everything is dirty and shabby, the batteries are not heated at all, there is no one at the reception all the time, they do not understand English at all.

It's a terrible place. We arrived to check in at 19.00. We were told that after 18.00 they have the right to check in someone else, since we did not arrive at 14.00. Nonsense!!! They sent us to the Besiktas area, to another hotel, and told us to come back tomorrow! They don't know English. It's a squalid place. If you plan to spend the night there and that's it, then it's generally passable!
