Considering that there is no choice there (in the RNPC), this is the only place for a snack. There are no comrades in taste and color, but in my opinion everything is tasteless and expensive there more often. Half a cup of coffee from a cheap 3 re coffee machine, sugar for a fee. You buy lunch, buy spoons and forks, or bring your own. I'll say this, when they first appeared, they tried somehow... And now they don't care, the quality is worse, and the cost is higher. And since there is nowhere for the sick to go, they eat there, doctors and staff of the center too...
