During our long road trip from Russia to Tajikistan, we stopped in Kyzylorda twice — and both times we came to Buffet City. The reason is simple: it's not only delicious here, but also really soulful. We would especially like to thank the waiter named Zhaskanat. He is an incredibly friendly, sincere and customer-oriented person. He didn't just bring food, he talked to us in a kind, human way, shared his dreams and plans. We sincerely wish that they come true for him. Such employees are highly appreciated and remembered. Thank you, Zhaskanat! It is important to note that we returned here on the way back, although we settled in the other end of the city — precisely for the sake of this service and relationship. The contrast is especially noticeable after yesterday's visit to the Tagam canteen, where the staff almost rolled their eyes when we politely asked to speak Russian because we don't understand Kazakh. There was a sense of rejection, even a certain manifestation of nationalism. It was very uncomfortable. And in Buffet City, it's cozy, calm, and respectful to any guest. And you can feel it right away. We thank the staff for the atmosphere and delicious food. There are few such places on the way.
