I ordered congratulations and mistakenly paid 5 rubles. I made a refund and sent a photo to viber. It's been a week, and there's still no refund for the unfortunate 5 rubles. It's not a serious organization, you shouldn't deal with them.

I called to order a greeting, told how to pay, paid, and then - you can't order a greeting for tomorrow and put the phone down. Then they stopped picking up the phone altogether.
