My review is based on personal experience - I have been working in it since the first day of putting the building into operation. Excellent office building, comfortable, convenient in terms of location. Maintenance and cleaning are at a high level, for which special thanks to the maintenance staff. The presence of various banks in the building also plays the most positive role for business and personal use. There are advantages in the presence of offices with floral and gift products, pharmacies, various cafes for a snack during the day. But there is one very big disadvantage - it is the presence of an open cafe on the second floor of an office building. Sometimes the scents on the ground floor ARE SO NAUSEATING that it is impossible to stand waiting for elevators. I think it is unacceptable to have such an atmosphere where the passability of people is very high, this is BAD manners, such smells do not have the right to exist in an office building.
