I have a question!Why didn't the owner open the store, why didn't anyone insure the employee?It shows the attitude towards customers. Imagine if you had a bank or clinic closed like that! The operating mode indicated on the doors MUST BE OBSERVED by your face!!!

I ordered for the first time in this store and was completely disappointed. The buds are not the first freshness , wilted and do not even bloom. The bouquet is on the second day. For 90 rubles , it 's not worth it .

Disgusting store! We ordered a bouquet for mom's anniversary on the Internet as in 1 photo, because we are in another city. The photo was taken from the Instagram page of this store. They said they would make exactly the same one. The only thing we asked was to replace the tulips with orchids of the same color. They said they would do everything without problems and asked for a full prepayment. As a result, we received a bouquet like in 2 photos. For some reason, they inserted a cheap white chrysanthemum without notifying us about it and without consulting us. To say that they were disappointed is to say nothing. Such a bouquet is not worth the money that we gave for it. When talking on the phone with a florist, they were rude to us and said, "what makes you think that the customer is always right!?" We asked the florist for the director's number. After talking to him, we doubted that it was the director of the store itself, and her husband or an acquaintance. We will deal with this point and find out more. We have received no justification, no apology, no settlement of the issue in response. We do NOT recommend anyone to contact this store if you do not want to see a bouquet 3 times cheaper than you ordered.
