What to say... There were no necessary colors, a replacement was offered, but, of course, not at all... The delivery was supposed to be from 12.00 to 15.00, it was not delivered even at 18.00, the person himself had to dial the courier and make arrangements. There was no question of any surprise, the mood was spoiled.
