Муж сделал заказ по телефону находясь в другом городе. Пообещали сделать все в лучшем виде и свежие цветы. В итоге ко мне приехал букет в ужасном состоянии, как будто его уже 10 человек сдали обратно. Мятый, грязный. Администратор с недовольным видом забрала букет. Поменяли верхнюю упаковку. ленту на такую же грязную. Цветы остались те-же. В общем настроение испорчено.

Заказал букет с доставкой на 8 марта. Сам нахожусь в другом регионе. Прислали фото, красиво оформленный, объявили цену. Оплатил переводом на карту. В итоге, отправили цветы, перетянутые резинкой, без упаковки, без оформления. Ужас, а не букет.

Заказ вместо Васильевки увезли в Томское! Об этой "особенности" узнал от постороннего человека. Фото прислали "левое". После всего даже элементарно не проинформировали и не извинились. Фееричная контора...(((
