Before the new year, I ordered 5 items, 2 of which were for a gift. So they called me first, confirmed the order, apologized, said that unfortunately there was no one position. They asked if I was ordering the other four. I answered in the affirmative and waited for the goods to arrive at the Letter store on Deribasovskaya Street 14. A day later, they called me again, apologized again and said that two more goods were not in stock. Of course I was upset, but there were two more items that they promised to send me. And what was my surprise when I got a call for the third time, saying that another product was out of stock. As a result, I ironically laughed and canceled the general order. In this whole story, one thing surprises me - does the online store really not know the contents of its warehouses and cannot correctly indicate this on the site? I was left without gifts for NG for my loved ones and I had to urgently look for other options. It was funny, but very unpleasant.
