We wanted to go to this particular restaurant and didn't regret it. It was our last day in Minsk, we walked for a long time, we really wanted to eat. We took borscht- the serving is beyond praise, lard, bread, garlic (unfortunately, not everywhere such a serving of borscht). I took chanterelle pancakes (apparently a seasonal dish), my husband took schnitzel with duck liver mousse - both dishes are a work of art. Blackberry tincture on gin is light, tasty, and crambambula is tart and spicy. Everything is as it should be. The service and interior are excellent. Restaurant prices are close to Moscow prices. I definitely recommend it. They didn't leave the restaurant, but two happy buns rolled out)) It's better to book seats, there may not be any tables available.

The most pleasant and cozy place, where you can immediately feel the warm atmosphere and hospitality. The menu has interesting and non-standard items, which pleasantly distinguishes it from others. When visiting, there were no empty tables for two, but we were offered seats at the bar — and this turned out to be more of a plus than a minus. The bartender was friendly, recommended cocktails, helped with the selection and was unobtrusive, for which special thanks. The cuisine deserves special praise: the food is served and served at a high level, everything is prepared with high quality and attention to detail. Everything we tried turned out to be really delicious. Prices are in the middle range: meals - 39-50 rubles, cocktails — about 25 rubles, which should be taken into account when planning a visit. Overall, the impressions are extremely positive, the place is definitely worth paying attention to. I strongly recommend it for a visit.

The food is great, even a child who is picky about food praised and smacked his lips with pleasure. We took various hot dishes, soup-borscht, draniki, drinks-everything was very, very tasty. You sit and savor. We visited different places in Minsk, but this is the best. And what nice and friendly waiters, they welcome you cordially, they will tell you everything and advise you. Bulbashi restaurant is the coolest, we were a company in July. Well, how delicious they cook here, hot dishes, salads, desserts, tinctures. I can't list everything. We visited the restaurant with the whole family in mid-July, following the recommendations of Chef Belkovich in a TV program and another guide in Minsk. We really liked the restaurant, we wanted the local legendary cuisine. The dishes were very tasty (they took borscht, okroshka, cheeks, draniki with something, venison), the portions were not small, full-fledged, the beer was bottled, delicious, the waiters were friendly, polite, efficient. The best restaurant of Belarusian cuisine! Immediately upon entering, you are greeted by a warm and cozy atmosphere that sets you up for a good dinner. One of the most memorable dishes was the ear – it turned out to be simply magnificent! The broth was clear and rich, with perfectly matched spices. Every sip brought real pleasure. (P.S. I attached photos of my favorite dishes in this place) The service was also excellent — the staff are friendly and helpful, ready to help with the selection of dishes and make your stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the Belarusian cuisine restaurant made a very positive impression on me. I will come back here again to try other dishes and enjoy the atmosphere of this wonderful place.

Very nice place! Delicious! We didn't wait long (unlike the "Grater", where they warned that the waiting time for dishes would be from 40 minutes!). The waiter was polite, described our chosen dishes in detail and recommended what else is worth trying. We were in Minsk for the first time. The restaurant was recommended by the guide. We were walking around the city with a child, we accidentally came across it. We went in without prior reservation, it turned out that we were lucky, by the evening (about 18 hours) everything was booked there. There are literally 2 places left for us... We ordered fire cutlets (very tasty), waited for 20-25 minutes, but this is normal for this dish. While we were waiting, we ordered some kind of snack on very tasty soft bread, grilled peppers and soft cheese- I can't remember the local name, and beer from the local brewery for me. I liked everything. I recommend this establishment.

Even the branded beer, which seemed to be quite decent, seemed "tasteless" – but only because it was completely overshadowed by the kitchen. And here's the dilemma: recommending this restaurant to others means condemning them to melancholy and mild depression, because after the "Bulbash” you'll be sad at any other place. So, if you are not ready for a new gastronomic standard in life, it is better not to go here. But if you do take the risk, get ready - there will be no turning back.

We are ready to return to Minsk only for the sake of their borscht and draniki. They also make very tasty beer.
