I went here two days in a row. I liked everything! Some things are good, some are great, and some are downright gorgeous! Okay, borscht is a little salty for me, but I don't eat salt at home at all, only in ready-made dishes in cans, so I feel it more sharply. All right, lusts, they're bruschettas. They also give small sandwiches with butter and caviar to the ear) It's great - tinctures and draniki with steak and foie gras! I've tried almost all the tinctures in two days - one is better than the other! Krambambula is generally a song! )) Draniki is probably a local crown. On the second day, a married couple was nearby, so they just came for them. I will definitely go here on my next visit to Minsk to try the rest) And about the service - it's exactly what it should be in such establishments. I recommend booking a table in advance, otherwise even on Monday evening I was sitting at the bar.

I would have put all 10 if the stars allowed. We have been to 2 establishments of this network and both places are beyond praise. The food is great, even a child who is picky about food praised and smacked his lips with pleasure. We took various hot dishes, soup-borscht, draniki, drinks-everything was very, very tasty. You sit and savor. We visited different places in Minsk, but this is the best. And what nice and friendly waiters, they welcome you cordially, they will tell you everything and advise you. My husband took the beer, he also gave it a high rating. Definitely worth a visit, but make sure you know in advance: we visited in the afternoon at 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.

The most pleasant and cozy place, where you can immediately feel the warm atmosphere and hospitality. The menu has interesting and non-standard items, which pleasantly distinguishes it from others. When visiting, there were no empty tables for two, but we were offered seats at the bar — and this turned out to be more of a plus than a minus. The bartender was friendly, recommended cocktails, helped with the selection and was unobtrusive, for which special thanks. The cuisine deserves special praise: the food is served and served at a high level, everything is prepared with high quality and attention to detail. Everything we tried turned out to be really delicious. Prices are in the middle range: meals - 39-50 rubles, cocktails — about 25 rubles, which should be taken into account when planning a visit. Overall, the impressions are extremely positive, the place is definitely worth paying attention to. I strongly recommend it for a visit.

An incredible gastronomic and aesthetic pleasure! Everything is great, the interior, the dishes, (how nice it is to drink from crystal glasses and glasses), the service, and, of course, the dishes of Belarusian cuisine themselves! The best restaurant of Belarusian cuisine! Immediately upon entering, you are greeted by a warm and cozy atmosphere that sets you up for a good dinner. One of the most memorable dishes was the ear – it turned out to be simply magnificent! The broth was clear and rich, with perfectly matched spices. Every sip brought real pleasure. (P.S. I attached photos of my favorite dishes in this place) The service was also excellent — the staff are friendly and helpful, ready to help with the selection of dishes and make your stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the Belarusian cuisine restaurant made a very positive impression on me. I will come back here again to try other dishes and enjoy the atmosphere of this wonderful place.

The cuisine is top notch, the service is excellent. Probably one of the best establishments in the city. But it's better to book tables in advance... it's hard to get into the holidays. We were in Minsk for the first time. The restaurant was recommended by the guide. We were walking around the city with a child, we accidentally came across it. We went in without prior reservation, it turned out that we were lucky, by the evening (about 18 hours) everything was booked there. There are literally 2 places left for us... We ordered fire cutlets (very tasty), waited for 20-25 minutes, but this is normal for this dish. While we were waiting, we ordered some kind of snack on very tasty soft bread, grilled peppers and soft cheese- I can't remember the local name, and beer from the local brewery for me. I liked everything. I recommend this establishment.

I fell in love with this restaurant on my very first trip to Minsk. I bring my friends here, and this time I brought my mom. I am glad that for several years now the restaurant has been holding the bar high according to all criteria of perfection. Unfortunately, there will be no photos, because the food is so delicious that as soon as the dish is on the table, you immediately want to try it. What else can I say... the menu is varied and it presents both traditional Belarusian cuisine in the author's interpretation, and Europe, in other words, for every taste, but I can assure you that each dish will be brought to that wonderful feeling when you want to savor every bite. I will describe a little the dishes that we tried this time. 1. Rabbit cutlet with celery puree and cauliflower. The celery puree is tender like mousse, the rabbit patty is juicy without an extraneous aftertaste, and it would probably have won a prize in the competition for the most delicious patty) 2. A duck leg melts in your mouth, and a wonderful zucchini envelope with cheese is something incredible, something that I would order separately as an appetizer. Imagine duck meat coming off the bone, which has not been boiled or crushed to an incoherent substance, but has retained its elasticity. The perfect sauce is spicy and moderately sweet. 3. Shingles with steak. Honestly, these are the best shingles I've ever tried. They are not greasy, leaving no oily residue on the lips, combined with medium roast cutlet, this is a full-fledged second course. 4. Borscht . According to all the canons with bacon, lard , sour cream, bread and onion. Fine. Perhaps someone will think that borscht is difficult to spoil, believe me, it's much easier to do this than you think) Of course I want to celebrate the presentation, everything is so beautiful and aesthetically pleasing! If you want to visit this place, it is better to book a table in advance in order to get there for sure. In conclusion, I would like to say that I wholeheartedly wish this institution continued prosperity.

Cheeks just melt in your mouth, you couldn't eat the draniki, you took them with you, the portions are big, but you want to try more. Top tinctures, especially tomato tinctures, have a very interesting taste. Our own smoked beer is unusual and delicious! In general, the restaurant, the menu, and the service are 10 out of 10! We came to Minsk for a walk and decided to go to a restaurant. They said right at the entrance that there were basically no seats, but we could wait a bit and sit at the entrance by the window. Service: we expect cool service, but no - the waiter in tattoos could not remember which dishes to sell to whom, he quickly brought tinctures to some guests, although they came later, we had to wait, which causes dissatisfaction. Someone had a full set of instruments on the stele, and someone did not. So it does not match the declared level and the price tag for the service. Our first place in Minsk was recommended to us by both locals and a guide. It was VERY tasty. At first, they were surprised at the price of borscht, but they brought delicious bacon with it. The mushroom pancakes were incredible, as was the pork. The only thing worth considering is that the service is not very fast due to the influx of guests. Some dishes waited 40-60 minutes. But it was definitely worth it.

There is really a very large selection of national dishes here, the portions are huge, and since Belarusian dishes are quite fatty and rich, you get full here very quickly. What is worth is borscht, which had such a huge piece of meat in it, which in itself can claim to be a separate dish. We also really liked the local tinctures with names unusual for a Russian person, such as krambambulya, zhuravlina and others. In general, the quality and quantity of food here is a plus, but the disadvantages are probably the lack of national flavor in the interior of the institution and the clothes of the staff, except for wooden tables and chairs))

We wanted to go to this particular restaurant and didn't regret it. It was our last day in Minsk, we walked for a long time, we really wanted to eat. We took borscht- the serving is beyond praise, lard, bread, garlic (unfortunately, not everywhere such a serving of borscht). I took chanterelle pancakes (apparently a seasonal dish), my husband took schnitzel with duck liver mousse - both dishes are a work of art. Blackberry tincture on gin is light, tasty, and crambambula is tart and spicy. Everything is as it should be. The service and interior are excellent. Restaurant prices are close to Moscow prices. I definitely recommend it. They didn't leave the restaurant, but two happy buns rolled out)) It's better to book seats, there may not be any tables available.

Before visiting this restaurant, it seemed to me that Minsk was a big potato field where girls in kokoshniks greeted guests with dancing and draniki. But after visiting here, I found out that there is an author's Belarusian cuisine and it shocked and touched me to the depths of my soul! Beef roast beef with sprat sauce, pickled cherry tomatoes and Soligorsk smoked quail egg is just a culinary masterpiece. I got a lot of pleasure savoring it. Potato dumplings with mashed Slutsk venison and cream from garden herbs. A magnificent dish that surprises with its distinctive taste and serving. Thanks to the guys from Bulbash. Oh, yeah. There's also a brewery that makes good beer.
