I had lunch here on 08/18/25 . I'm from St. Petersburg. I can say it's atmospheric, the interior is appropriate, a serving of 2 draniki, 0.5 cups sour cream and raspberry juice cost 11 bel. But it was enough to make me feel full. It is very tasty, there is no need to stand in line, the service is instant, you can pay with a Mir card. Pleasant music. Very cozy, I recommend it.

We visited the Bulbyanaya cafe in Vitebsk and were absolutely delighted! The draniki with meat are simply gorgeous — flavorful and very satisfying. Mushroom soup with pearl barley is an unusual but incredibly tasty dish.The menu is not too big, but everything is thought out: it is enough to have a delicious and homely lunch. The staff is polite, attentive — just a fire! The cafe itself is small, but very cozy, with a pleasant atmosphere.I definitely recommend it — it's a great place to have a delicious meal and relax in the center of Vitebsk.

It's a great place! While walking around the city, we got caught in heavy rain, stopped by for a snack and to keep warm. The food is very tasty, the smoke and tinctures warmed up on a cold summer day.
