We booked the ring in advance. When we arrived at the mall where the store was located, we couldn't find it. They called several times, but no one answered. Tea and water were offered among the drinks. They took me to a separate room after I insisted. We were buying a gift for friends. The girl consultant ran to smoke, it had a very creepy smell of a heavy smoker. I have a feeling that we were in a market, not in a premium store.Next time we'd better go to Istanbul.
