I used to go only to this coffee shop, I had breakfast all the time. The last 2 times I waited for cheesecakes for 30-40 minutes, taking into account that there were no people. Unpleasant aftertaste + there is no longer any zeal to go there for breakfast.

Yesterday we went to have breakfast on the summer terrace at the Buns cafe, located at 123 Dzerzhinsky Street.
The cafe positions itself as a dog-Friendly institution, they came with a French bulldog, sat down on the street, put the dog next to them on a chair, a girl with a dog on a chair also sat next to us.
Yana, the waiter, came up and asked to remove the dog from the chair, the reason: one of the visitors may be allergic to animals. The argument on our part that we specifically came to this place with an animal, since the cafe positions itself as a dog-Friendly was not accepted, the waiter insisted that the dog be removed, while she did not touch the neighboring dog, she remained sitting in her place until the end of the meal.
Then the waiter right in front of us started defiantly wiping the chair with some kind of remedy.
We were very dissatisfied with this attitude on the part of the staff, the spoiled mood was ensured from the very morning!
Why position yourself as a dog-Friendly cafe, and then make claims about dog allergies from other visitors on the street? At the same time, should we do this selectively?
P.S. The blankets that were offered to us were also in the fur of other animals, i.e., visitors here do not even smell of concern about allergic reactions to other dogs!
Please then provide visitors with appropriate instructions on what individual rules apply to the coffee shop on Dzerzhinsky 123.

Today was the last straw. We ordered breakfast for two. The dishes were brought with a difference of 25 (!!) minutes. Now many comments are ignored: we ask you to exclude something from the dish twice - they nod and bring it as usual, we ask you to pour coffee into a mug instead of a glass - they nod and bring it in a glass, you ask them to fix it - they twist their face, once they even threw a stand with appliances on the table. Talk to the staff, add extra hands for the weekend, today 14/08 it was obvious that the girls had a fever. But nevertheless, ordering breakfast for two and eating in turn with a difference of 25 minutes, when the coffee has already been drunk or has completely cooled down, is unacceptable. They always left tips before, there were no questions. And now every trip is like roulette, at least in our case

Very tasty coffee, a cozy place, however, as everywhere there are disadvantages, the first is about prices, I'm silent, a loaf of bread for 7 rubles is somehow cool, it's inconvenient that people stand near the cash register after ordering and wait for it (if the order is with them) I hope this will be fixed over time. I am a regular customer of yours, there are always fresh pastries in the cafe. When ordering at 10.00 in the morning, almond croissants were brought, which could be knocked on the table. The receptionist apologized and offered to come to the cafe and get a free coffee with a fresh croissant. What's the point of shipping then?

I don't like this, some kind of neglect, you already somehow solved your questions at first, and then take an order from a person.
The coffee is good, and so are the desserts. But such neglect spoiled the impression.
