It is quite a popular place, so there are often a lot of people and all the places are occupied.
The place of the dog is fredley) There is even a bowl of water for pets.
It's not the first year I've been visiting. Now the prices are too high, although the quality of the dishes has not improved.
The service depends on the work and workload. In general, the friendly staff always try to help with the choice and be positive.
The coffee is quite normal. I also like sea buckthorn tea here.
Alas, there is a small selection of breakfasts.
Desserts are different, but they do not produce wow effects. There are no unusual or bright tastes. Mostly sweet, sometimes even too much, as children like.
By the way, there is a table and coloring books for children in the hall. Which also makes the place comfortable.

Coffee was made for a very long time. Behind the background noise, you couldn't hear what the barista was saying. The area where sugar is added and takeaway cups are closed is so small that it is impossible to turn around there. Plus, on my visit, half of this area was bequeathed with jackets. To my question, "that's where you need to add sugar," the barista confidently said yes, despite the fact that she saw how much everything was blocked by jackets. I was already too shy to demand anything. Well, since it's "okay" for them, then I just don't set foot in this place anymore. The mood was spoiled in the morning :(
I'm already silent about the prices. However, they do not bother if you really want to drink coffee in the morning, but somehow you need to think not only about the customers who stay inside, but also about the many who take out orders.

Great place!
It combines a homely atmosphere,
and a hangout place where moms and kids come in, and on a date.
It happens that I go to them specially for breakfast. I take the casserole without sour cream and jam, for my taste, it is good in itself. Or a soft-boiled egg with toasted toast. They also have great cocoa, which I like without sugar.

Coffee is not delicious, Americano and cappuccino on coconut 😓 For breakfast they cooked and brought crazy hot eggs that were not cleaned, plowed 5/10, porridge on coconut is not tasty. We won't eat here anymore.

To taste, if I bought it at the station in the Dorors store, it would not be bad. For a bakery, it's just sadness ((... If you really want buns with cinnamon, raisins, etc. you need to go down to the subway crossings and look for Tajiks. Minsk bakeries will not help in this. They have carbon copy croissants and other glamorous stories with a slightly above average quality. A separate history of confectionery. There is something for the receptors to cling to. But this place is not one of them. The advantages are a nice interior, delicious coffee and good service.

I'm a lucky guy. I thought it didn't happen twice.:
1. On April 3, 2023, I came to get cakes for a gift (honey cakes and meringue rolls). When I came home and opened the box, I saw that the honey was very dry and the cream was layered, cracked in places. I immediately called the cafe. They apologized on the phone and asked to return to the cafe. Silently, without question, they changed it. They said that it was "possible" that the batch was like this, we changed it for cakes from the last batch. Well, it happens.
2. On February 21, 2024, a stale meringue roll was laid. I do not know how long it lay and how it was stored, but considering how it was stratified and what drops formed in it, I think it is decent. I used to take it often, because the child loves it very much and you are the only ones on grushevka who have it. But this is the first time I got one! I didn't even want to contact you again and return it.
What's interesting: I took a takeaway every time.
As for the waiters, I agree, there have been cases when orders were incorrectly packaged. I always checked without leaving the cash register.
It's a pity that our friendship didn't work out. I'd rather spend my time and go to another area, where I'll be sure of the constant quality of the products.

The cake was delicious, moderately sweet. Service - leaves much to be desired. The guy at the checkout took the order. Two workers came out and he asked one of them to put my order in a box. An elementary action. It is obvious that he alone cannot work at the cash register, and make coffee, and do other things. The girl began to communicate with the second employee, and then they both just left. I was forced to wait until he served the next customer to return to my order.
The business has only one chance to make a favorable impression. You failed. For such a price tag, there are plenty of places in the city with more courteous staff.

Having run here for the third time with a young man, I decided to completely forget this place for myself, because I was faced with the rudeness of the staff. Despite this situation and my warnings about the quality of the desserts, my boyfriend took three, and was disappointed.
To be honest, I am very surprised by the number of good reviews. And the coffee shop is quite crowded. A strange choice, as for me, there are other coffee shops with decent coffee and better desserts on Dzerzhinsky Avenue in this area)

You know, over the past year I have left about 2,000 BYN in various coffee shops, while drinking coffee for completely different prices in Minsk, Warsaw, Milan, Como, Bern, Lucerne and some other regional cities of Europe and Belarus (there were coffee machines and the most real Starbucks and craft vintage empty cafes by the railway).
So, it's amazing that after so many different places in my life, there was also a place for this institution, where they managed to impress not only with a good drink, wonderful pastries and desserts, but also with incredible hospitality.
I can't say that the prices were somehow surprised. They are high, as in many high-quality institutions in Minsk, probably this is already the norm (but the corresponding contingent is attracted).
