The place to relax is wonderful, parents with children can walk, it is convenient with a stroller, pensioners can relax and chat with friends. A little older children on bicycles, lots of greenery, chestnuts, there is a pond to feed the ducks. lots of benches, enough for everyone. Nearby there are shops, drink, ice cream, snack, sweets and walk all day before there were summer carousels, boats, ponies, etc. But probably not profitability.. It's a pity

A great boulevard. You don't walk near houses, but along a beautiful alley. Beauty at any time of the year. Carefully cleaned always. There are many benches where old people and moms with kids sit with pleasure. You can ride a bike or scooter and not interfere with passers-by, as the paths are wide and there is enough space for everyone. Squirrels run around, which you can feed. Great place.

One of the few and very green boulevards in the city. Rare cars hardly break the silence. The boulevard is quite wide. It's not bad to walk there, there's even a functioning underground toilet (it would be better if it wasn't there). There is no Playground, you can ride along the paths with children except on a scooter or bike. Locals walk their dogs.

The boulevard was put in order a few years ago. They turned it into a pleasant place where you can sit under the shade of old trees. Beautiful benches, neat paving slabs, curbs and a nice fence along the roadway - everything looks harmonious. I can't count how many evenings we spent there. A sip of cognac from a bottle hidden in his pocket warmed up a leisurely, long conversation.
