A day later, the store staff arrived and took the electric bike, immediately began to consider solutions to my problem, contacted the warranty service, agreed on all issues and came to the conclusion that it was necessary to replace it with another electric bike. They immediately issued the documents according to the requirements and on the second day they delivered a new electric bike to my house. I did not pay for the replacement and delivery of a new electric bike, everything was at the expense of the store. This indicates high-quality service and 100% customer orientation. The promptness of solving the problem is such a rarity nowadays, so I want to express my gratitude to the store staff, especially Mizgir Mikhail and the car driver Sergey.
