During the car wash, cars came and went, which came after me in an HOUR and a HALF. When asked why this happened, the answer was that they were VIP and paid more. I don't mind paying more and saving time, but it wasn't suggested initially. TOTAL: after almost 3 hours of washing, they say that they still have 20 minutes to wait. There is ZERO desire to return. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

I am writing about Fidanz, which is located in a complex with a car wash and a restaurant. While Masha was on the territory of the car wash, we sat with friends, played playstation, ordered a hookah. There were 5 of us. More customers came and literally took the ottomans from under us and gave them to customers nearby. I'm a customer too and I didn't care. The chairs were not brought, the man behind the cash register said to sit on the floor! Service 0, I will not advise anyone now.
