I would like to state that we are not satisfied with the Uzbekistan tour we participated with Burak Tourism in general. Some applications that were not explicitly mentioned in the tour program caused us to have an experience that was outside of our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was the "haremlik-selamlik" order applied at dinners. Breakfast was served in a mixed order in the morning, while men and women were seated at separate tables for dinner. There had been no information that there was such an application in the tour program. For people traveling with their family or spouse, this situation was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. It was also disingenuous for them to take us to eat at restaurants with drinks, despite the fact that they were supposedly a "religious tourism company". This contradictory approach shows that it is inconsistent even with the company's own values. In general, I do not recommend Burak Tourism because of the details not specified in the tour program and these conflicting applications. Just as they failed to meet our expectations, they also missed the pleasure of our trip.
