I recently visited the Bourbon coffee shop, and I want to share my impressions. The place turned out to be very cozy and atmospheric. It looks stylish from the outside, but warm and comfortable inside. The interior is modern, without excess, everything is tasteful: soft light, pleasant colors, soft music — you can sit quietly, work or just relax. The coffee here is really delicious. I tried lattes, raffles and cappuccino — all the drinks had a rich taste and a pleasant aroma. I especially liked the caramel raff — delicate, sweet, like dessert. Desserts are also on the same level: the cheesecake is fresh, the honey cake just melts in your mouth. The service is friendly — the staff is always polite, smiling, and can recommend a drink. I waited a bit for an order once, but overall the service is good. Prices are average in the city: not the cheapest, but they are quite justified for the quality and comfort. Wi-Fi is stable, there are enough outlets — convenient for those who come with a laptop. On the downside, sometimes there are a lot of people, and there are no empty seats left. But this is perhaps the only serious drawback.

Cappuccino for three, different all the time, can overheat, foam issues, proportions too. The time from ordering to receiving a drink is also walking, the barista is alone, with an influx of people, you can wait a long time. I'm shocked.I went to Bourbon for several years, there were no problems, everything was fine.but yesterday at about 20.00 I went there.a friend was waiting for me, having already ordered coffee.I greeted the waitress with zero reaction.after waiting for 10 minutes, silence.I looked in the door and asked to serve, they said now... another 15 minutes. The waitress has already started serving others. I came up and began to be indignant that they did not come up to me, to which the waitress said that she should not come up.I began to demand a book of complaints, they did not give it to me.They refused to introduce themselves.That's it. If they do not appreciate customers, I will not go and do not advise with such an attitude! Disappointed!
