The serving on cardboard plates was also "impressive", they were immediately soaked with oil, disposable knives and forks bent, it was impossible to eat. And in front of the visitors, the receptionist clarified the relationship with the cleaner. Probably it is necessary to do this without unnecessary "ears"

I made an order:chicken burger, French fries, small portion, barbecue sauce and latte coffee. The staff is responsive, attentive, will tell you what and how. But there are some flaws: the chicken burger was not quite juicy, as expected, it was quite dry, due to the small amount of sauce. Iceberg lettuce was not enough, the cutlet was hot and fried. The French fries were given a whole portion, but it was noticeable from the appearance that the potatoes were a little stale on the bean. The latte coffee was delicious, but it was more of a cappuccino. I didn't really like the kitchen. The hall is quite clean, the tables are wiped. Nice music.

I always go there with my daughter, I don't know who doesn't like something there, but we like French fries, and nuggets, and cocktails, and shawarma and salads, burgers, we just excluded from the diet a long time ago. I can say for sure that the food in this cafe is much tastier than in the atrium in all the cafes combined. I want to add that there is something to compare, I have been living in Moscow for 5 years, and almost all cafes there are delicious (burger king, kfs, McDonald's), but in Mogilev I like fast food only in Burgerclub! And the tables are always clean, and there are no queues, the portions are normal, unlike the cafe in the atrium, for example. A quiet, peaceful place with a view of nature.

Burgers are terrible, a large portion of potatoes is like a small one in a poppy seed, "cherry pie" is terribly greasy (obviously deep-fried), from its very appearance it is clear that the digestive tract will not thank you for it.
In general, all the food feels like low-quality, the price is significantly higher than the mac/kfc, but the portions are smaller, the service is slow. I recommend avoiding it

We ordered a Dipper Classic (with bacon), and as a result we got French fries doused with cheese sauce, with sliced sausage instead of bacon. The burger from the chef does not understand what at all. The sweet and sour sauce interrupts the taste, and the burger itself does not correspond to the size in the picture at all. Terrible food, plus a star for fast service.

I am the main burger lover.
In the first days after the opening, I bought some kind of burger, as a result - a stale bun (rubber), mayonnaise with sourness (probably not the first day in the refrigerator turned off). And in addition, there is no change, we will owe some kopecks there.
OK. The first impression was formed. We're moving on.
Six months have passed. I came back and ordered a random burger. As a result, the bun is rubber, there is no change.
Okay. Let's swallow this too.
And today (probably a year later), by chance I found myself in this shopping center and having a limited amount of time, I was forced to come and order the same random burger and get the same picture - a rubber bun, no change, mayonnaise in the burger is spoiled.
Obviously, the institution has not closed only because there are no other catering outlets in this shopping center yet (or I did not notice them).
According to stale rolls, I draw conclusions about the institution from the first time, while in a couple of years some institutions are corrected, but this is not the case.
