We placed an order on 08/31/2025, we did everything pretty quickly, we were satisfied with the service, we were not satisfied with the quality of the products, namely: we made a double order for Angus Parmegiano, as a result, there was no cheese in the burgers, red onion, the cutlet was fried, but it was not the first freshness, dry and not juicy, the bun was not even really on top or bottom greased, the tomatoes all fell apart and turned into porridge, iceberg lettuce is one small piece, I tried this burger earlier, although the quality was completely different in another restaurant of this chain, and the taste too. There were no complaints about potatoes. I rarely write reviews and complaints, but I believe that for any price there should be decent product quality, even in a fast food restaurant, I ask you to understand this situation, there should be at least some kind of product quality control before giving it to the customer! I think that the money spent would be worth compensating or redoing the order, because the quality of the order does not match even close to what is indicated in the recipe and in the photo! I am waiting for feedback from the support or the restaurant manager. I'll attach the order photo and receipts from the bottom.

The hamburger and fries were delicious. --------------- For guidance: When receiving feedback from you on my reviews, I will point out a couple of nuances that spoil the impression.: - garbage cans are in the far corner, as a result, there are "traffic jams" in the aisle near the cash register during rush hours (ordering, paying, picking up the order and taking out the trash all in one place). Pay attention to the client flows, I'm sure your specialists will see a couple more points. - it blows near the windows, adjustment or sealant may be required. - it was a little dirty on the tables and on the floor. - during rush hours, employees are shut down. Perhaps you should add people, or make shifts overlapping during rush hours, if not already. The service is at zero. The double cheeseburger has a "gorgeous" composition: a drop of ketchup, three thin patties, one slice of cheese, one thin ring of cucumber and an onion ring (although the order says "without onions"). The waiting time for a double cheeseburger, fries and a drink is 56 minutes. It was only thanks to another caring customer and his very convincing request that our order was collected. Orders were given to couriers for delivery within 10 minutes, and visitors had to wait and demand their orders. Moreover, when my friend's order was ready, no one was in a hurry to give it out. I do not recommend visiting this place. And of course, neither I nor my family will be visitors to this institution anymore.
