We placed an order on 08/31/2025, we did everything pretty quickly, we were satisfied with the service, we were not satisfied with the quality of the products, namely: we made a double order for Angus Parmegiano, as a result, there was no cheese in the burgers, red onion, the cutlet was fried, but it was not the first freshness, dry and not juicy, the bun was not even really on top or bottom greased, the tomatoes all fell apart and turned into porridge, iceberg lettuce is one small piece, I tried this burger earlier, although the quality was completely different in another restaurant of this chain, and the taste too. There were no complaints about potatoes. I rarely write reviews and complaints, but I believe that for any price there should be decent product quality, even in a fast food restaurant, I ask you to understand this situation, there should be at least some kind of product quality control before giving it to the customer! I think that the money spent would be worth compensating or redoing the order, because the quality of the order does not match even close to what is indicated in the recipe and in the photo! I am waiting for feedback from the support or the restaurant manager. I'll attach the order photo and receipts from the bottom.

Any Burger King is lame in service, speed, and a ridiculous qr code for a drink (as if you're stealing, Even though you paid) . Of course, I understand everything, but when the underweight is over 60 grams, it certainly upsets. Why don't your declared grams match the actual ones??? There is little or no sauce, although it says "generous portion". There was no cheese at all (unfortunately I didn't take a picture). I ask for an explanation of the current situation, and I will provide a receipt if necessary. It's never been this bad before. At the moment, I do not advise anyone to take Angus parmegiano with such an underweight and amount of sauce!
