You can see that he keeps everything under control, but at the same time he always finds time to personally make sure that everything is fine with you. Under his leadership, the hall is in perfect order and a truly friendly atmosphere. And Ilona is just the sun! If there was a competition for the kindest and most smiling employee, she would have won the first place unconditionally! She always greets guests with such a sincere smile that a gloomy day immediately brightens. Her positivity is contagious! Communicating with her at the checkout, you realize that for her you are not just "next", but a welcome guest. Thank you so much, Victor and Ilona, you are the heart of this institution! And, of course, one can't help but admire the work of the Clean and Tidy Team. I wiped the dirty tables myself so that I could sit down at it. At the same time, the hall is empty, which gives the impression that they have been in this form since yesterday. 2. The bread and potatoes are stale and dry, especially the angus pormezano cutlet. 3. The trash can is overflowing, garbage is falling out of it. Again, given the lack of visitors, they probably haven't been thrown out since yesterday. Among the advantages, we quickly collected an order and a good cappuccino.
