It's always dirty in the hall, receipts are lying on the floor. I ordered the tables in crumbs (which would not have been there if the trays had been given out) at the kiosk, I noted that they were there. They didn't give me a tray. In the combo, cold potatoes, instead of 0.5 pepsi, they gave 0.3 a glass, and they didn't top it up. It's a shame.

As a result, while waiting for the missing burger, everything else went cold... It was the most disgusting service I can remember. I strongly do not recommend it...

To be honest, I couldn't figure out what was going on—the employees looked confused and disorganized, as if they didn't know where to start. When I finally received my order, I was unpleasantly surprised: the food was cold, and the French fries were just icy. How is this possible? The order seemed to be prepared quickly, but it just stood there until no one pressed the button to announce that it was ready for delivery. I asked the staff to redo the order, and fortunately they agreed. Thank them for that. But unfortunately, when I received a new order, it turned out to contain the wrong sauce that I ordered. That is, they couldn't even make a simple replacement correctly. As a result, my visit to Burger King left an unpleasant aftertaste. The lack of organization of the staff and problems with the quality of the food greatly spoiled the impression. I hope that in the future they will be able to improve their work and provide a higher level of service.

We ordered a burger, and the cutlet inside turned out to be raw, or rather fried around the edges, and inside was raw minced meat. The second time we "eat" specifically at burger king here (no such problems were noticed at other points) and the second time we did not like the service and cooking. The burger was redone, but even a verbal apology was not received, there is no standard politeness and manner. Since you've already decided to write a review, I want to say something more about cleaning the gym.… Apparently, it is held quite rarely, every table and seat is dirty and sticky.. to put it mildly, the sanitation is complete.
