Hello. I want to file a complaint against Burger King employees at the ADK shopping center. I am a Yandex courier, and that day I had two orders — KFC and Burger King. I got my order from KFC right away, and they kept me at Burger King for almost an hour. After the "order is ready" notification, I went through the service entrance. The staff began to argue and demand a thermos bag, although orders had previously been issued without it. We argued for about 20 minutes. At that time, another courier arrived — they gave him the order in 5 minutes without any problems. At first, an employee named Arailym said that she "made a mistake and did not notice the thermos bag." Then, when I asked for an explanation, she said, "If you have a photo, show it." I took a photo, and I also have a video in which the staff confirms that Arailim really said it. After that, the dispute continued with the participation of 7-8 more employees, but the order was not given to me. As a result, I lost about an hour of time and received a fine in the Yandex app. I consider the actions of the employees unfair and humiliating. I ask you to conduct a check and take measures against the Arail employee and other employees who have allowed such treatment. I have photo and video confirmations and can provide them.
