The staff were polite and friendly, which is why I’m giving two stars instead of one. I ordered a meal with fries, chicken, and two burgers. Both burger buns were clearly not fresh. One of the burgers — a double cheeseburger — had meat that was completely burned and rock hard. I asked nicely for a replacement, and they gave me a new one without any issues, which I appreciate. However, even the replacement burger had burnt edges and was still barely edible. Overall, a disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back. Crazy how they can’t follow a systemised recipe and not burn the burger patty

This is not the first time I have taken food here, and the quality is always at a high level. Service — 10/9 The staff is friendly enough and tries to serve well, which is nice. However, there are several points that need to be improved. Sometimes there is no employee at the checkout, the employees are talking loudly to each other. I would like the service process to be more coordinated: it is important that the order is accepted immediately when approaching the counter. It would also be convenient if you could add sauces or other options to the order, for example — such little things should be considered. Atmosphere — 10/9 The interior is beautifully decorated, and the space inside is large, especially by the standards of a burger joint. The establishment is located on the most famous street of the city — Northern Avenue. There are many tables on both the first and second floors. However, due to the large area, the feeling of coziness and comfort is lost. It is also inconvenient that you have to go downstairs to pick up an order, and there are no signs or screens on the second floor that would inform guests about the readiness of their order. The result is 10/9 For those who want to have a delicious and satisfying meal of hot burgers in the very center of Yerevan, I definitely recommend this place.
