In one of the screens for orders, the terminal does not work, because of which I had to type the order three times. After that, we tried to find a clean place, as most of the tables look stained with something viscous and unpleasant. Further, the staff was very upset because of which it took a very long time to wait for the order, although it was one of the first and was not very large, although the scoreboard showed that it was ready, but the girl at the checkout said several times that she would wait a couple more minutes, while subsequent orders were already quietly issued. The toilets were also dirty. There were no antiseptics available either, although there were devices for them. Of the advantages, for which, in fact, the institution received two stars: ice cream, potatoes and burgers were delicious

the work of the staff is very lame, the equipment breaks down, the manager does not know how to solve conflict situations where the institution itself is to blame. Also, employees confuse orders, they may make the wrong lemonade or pie. The food itself tastes good, but the service leaves much to be desired.

How dirty it is here!!! The toilets are coded, but they are terrible, and I have never seen such dirty and smelly toilets. Burger, what's the matter with you? It is impossible even to wash a child's hands. It's impossible to eat at your place either, everything is delicious, but all the tables and tables are dirty and the skin is peeling!!! Just ugh!
